Uranium exploration - 2006 Programme.
(28 September 2006)

Uranium anomalies identified in airborne survey radiometric data were ground inspected during August and September 2006. The highest uranium anomalism detected by the ground follow-up was at two sites, located about 6 kilometres apart. These are:

Last Chance uranium anomaly; and

A1 ("War Loan South") uranium anomaly.

At Last Chance the uranium anomalism is low tenor and interpreted to be sourced primarily in the exposed basement metamorphics. Some mobilization of uranium from the metamorphosed basement into overlying sandy units may be evidenced. The anomaly identified in the airborne survey data may be a zone of enrichment around this contact horizon. Samples of the basement metamorphics were collected for assay from the northern and southern peak anomalies. Assaying will test or confirm the spectrometer readings and test for any other mineralisation with which the elevated uranium may be related.

At the A1 anomaly the highest "spot" reading recovered by ground survey was about 51 ppm uranium from a narrow vein comprising quartz and an amorphous dark grey (possibly haematite) material beside a patch of iron rich tuff. The iron rich tuff may host mineralization (including but not limited to uranium) and samples have been collected for assay.

The project now intends identifying target areas where uranium mineralization, mobilized from source rocks, might accumulate and thereby give rise to exploration targets.

Diamond drill hole No. HD-04A was terminated at 934.1 metres on Friday 22 September.

Diamond drill hole No. HD-03 was successfully re-entered on Sunday 24 September, drilling commenced at 612 metres and was terminated at 771 m on Wednesday 27 September.

Early Proterozoic basement rocks were intersected in HD-04 but no Olympic Dam mineralization has been identified during field logging of the core which is being sampled for assay.

Assay results will be available in 6 to 8 weeks.

Herakleion - 2004 Drilling Programme.

(January 2005)
Density analysis of samples from drill hole HD-03, at the Herakleion Copper-Gold prospect, has not identified rock dense enough to explain the gravity anomaly under investigation. The hole is interpreted to pass from diapiric breccia (including monzonite intervals) into less disturbed Adelaidean rocks, with increasing veining and alteration in the lower 100 to 150 metres. Assaying showed no indications of significant Olympic Dam -style mineralization. (Such mineralization is only anticipated in older basement rocks beneath the Adelaidean.) Further drilling is planned. (2 November 2004)
Drilling at the Herakleion Copper-Gold prospect was completed on 1 November 2004. Drill hole HD-03 exceeded the 600 m planned depth and terminated at a depth of 612.4 m. Preliminary field inspection of the core recovered has not identified any apparent cause for the gravity anomaly under investigation. HD-03 has been capped at surface and is available for future re-entry and extension if warranted.

The second stage drilling programme at the Herakleion Copper-Gold prospect in South Australia commences today. Drilling follows-up the detailed gravity survey completed earlier in the year. Initial drilling will extend hole HD-02 (drilled to 399.25 m in December 2003) with the option of further drilling subject to results.

Jericho Project - Poole Anomaly Drilling Results.
(13 October 2004)

Drilling at the Poole River Prospect has provided a technical success with the discovery that fine-grained pervasive disseminated pyrrhotite is the cause of the magnetic anomaly under investigation. The pyrrhotite is not associated with economic mineralization over the interval intersected by drillhole PD-01. The hole did not reach the faulted footwall contact, which may be considered to be the most prospective part of this geological situation.

Edward Creek Diamonds - Results from Dec. 2003 Drilling & Sampling.

Microprobe analyses confirm Diamond Indicator Mineral (DIM) recoveries as follows:
80 chromite
43 picroilmenite
5 pyrope (Lherzolitic).

Local sources are indicated. Detailed gravity surveys are planned to assist in siting follow-up drilling at two distinct prospect areas interpreted to represent two separate kimberlite provinces.

Jericho Project - Poole Anomaly Drilling
(Sat. 5 June 2004)

Diamond hole PD-01 was terminated at 479.7 m in mineralized siltstone.
The hole has intersected approximately 150 m (true width) of the zone of interest which comprises mainly faulted & fractured siltstone with narrow bands of dyke rocks and minor quartz veining. Pyrrhotite, pyrite and minor chalcopyrite have been observed in drill core. The mineralization is both associated with quartz veining and disseminated throughout the slates.

The 5,500 metre long, 200 m wide, magnetic anomaly on which the drilling was targeted is now considered by RLC to be caused by pyrrhotite mineralization. This is subject to verification by magnetic susceptibility measurements, to be conducted as part of the detailed drill-core logging.

The presence of mineralized fractured siltstone with quartz is encouraging given the location of this prospect in the Woods Point Walhalla Goldfield - one of Victoria's larger goldfields. Alluvial gold has previously been mined from drainage downstream from the Poole Anomaly.

The risk of adverse weather conditions (rain/snow) caused early termination of the hole. The hole is capped to enable re-entry in summer if desired.

Detailed logging of the hole will be completed during June and sampling for assay will then be conducted. Assay results should be available by end July/August.

Herakleion - detailed Ground Gravity Survey commencing 14th April.

FugroGround contracted by the ECBMJV to complete a 200m x 200m grid gravity survey over an area 7km x 10km covering the Herakleion prospect (Edward Creek Base Metals Project).
The survey is scheduled to commence on 14th April and be completed by mid-May.

Results:

No startling assays but

weakly anomalous assays of Cu, U, Ce, La, F, Ba and Co were recovered from an 80 m thick chunk of basement which is incorporated in Ordovician Breccias ("weakly anomalous" being 5 to 10 times background)

No cause for the gravity was identified in the rocks cored

Current status:

2003 drilling recovered core from basement float

the measured densities of the intersected basement rocks cannot explain the observed gravity anomaly (this makes it unlikely that the recovered gravity anomaly could be caused by a basement high)

weakly anomalous assays of most of the elements which characterise Olympic Dam (OD) type mineralisation have been identified in the intersected basement float which gives some evidence that OD type mineralisation is present at this location.

Work planned:

RLC, as manager of the ECBMJV, has recommended additional detailed gravity survey prior to further drilling.

Diamond Targets Added to Edward Creek Drilling Programme.
(13^th November 2003)

The first target to be drilled is on the Herakleion copper-gold target (scheduled to commence 22 November 2003).

After the drilling at Herakleion is completed (estimated to be 8 December), a limited number of the potential kimberlite targets will then be drilled.

Funding for the diamond target drilling has been raised by a placement of 666,666 shares at $0.15 per share ($100,000). In addition to the shares the Company issued to the subscriber 333,333 free options exercisable at $0.30 expiring on 30 November 2006.

Hugh was an integral member of the Western Mining Corporation team which found the huge Olympic Dam copper-gold deposit in South Australia. Reedy Lagoon hopes that the drill testing of its Herakleion Prospect will prove to be as rewarding.

Acquisition of Chiltern East tenement (EL 3376).
(30^th June 2003)

RLC has purchased EL 3376 from its joint venture partner, Providence Gold and Minerals Pty Ltd. Consideration paid is:

500,000 fully paid shares in RLC, and
1.75 % production royalty payable from any production from EL 3376

RLC's Chiltern Gold Project comprises EL's 3032, 3281 and 3376. RLC was previously earning a 75% interest in EL 3376 by sole funding exploration and paying $10,000 per annum to Providence Gold and Minerals. RLC now holds the entire Chiltern goldfield.

The acquisition is subject to Ministerial or government approval.

Edward Creek Diamond Project - kimberlite target WK16 - processing update.
(16^th April 2003)

WK16 was investigated previously (pre- RLC) by means of a ground magnetic survey and several drillholes - which recovered a number of kimberlitic indicator grains. Review of the original ground magnetic data indicates that this drilling did not test the main magnetic anomaly.

RLC's Offer for shares under the prospectus dated 14 June 2002 closed at 5 pm today, Friday 6 September 2002 without reaching the minimum subscription.

Directors thank all those that supported the IPO. Unfortunately, despite favourable media coverage of the Offer, insufficient applications have been received by the closing date to enable the Offer to proceed.

Application monies received will be refunded next week.

Alternative financing mechanisms are now being explored to enable the planned drill programmes to proceed.

IPO Offer Period Extended

The Offer has been re-scheduled to close on Friday 6 September with listing on the ASX by 13 September.

The collapse in world equity markets during the July-August period has created a difficult environment for IPO's. For this reason Reedy Lagoon has extended the Offer to provide additional time for investors to consider RLC. It is hoped that the inertia caused by the severe market correction has now passed.

AMEC 'Investing in Resources' seminar & the "Plumfields" concept
(15^th June 2002)

Reedy Lagoon was one of four resources companies that gave presentations at the AMEC "Investing in Resources" seminar in Perth on the 15^th of June.

Reedy introduced the concept of "plumfields" exploration - RLC's niche (it's not greenfields and it's not brownfields). RLC focuses on "plums" - exploration targets with the potential to interest major mining companies. "Plums" are identified by using geological expertise to interpret available data (often the result of greenfield exploration by others). RLC then undertakes highly focused exploration of the "plum" to a stage where major mining companies are interested in making the often substantial capital investment necessary to establish mine feasibility.

Herakleion copper-gold prospect - drill targets confirmed.
(28^th May 2002)

A 3D inversion model of detailed gravity and magnetic data displays the relationship between computer generated bodies which best fit the data. The high density (gravity high) rocks are shallow and not part of the basement. Separate bodies are clearly required to explain the magnetic data and the gravity data. The shapes of the bodies mathematically generated to explain both the gravity and the magnetic data suggest they are intrusive bodies. This supports RLC's exploration strategy in its search for Olympic Dam type ore bodies, which are characterized by dense rocks formed in massive intrusive vent systems.

Independent Experts Review
(March/April 2002)

Australian Mining Consultants (AMC) conducted an independent review and compiled a report on the company's exploration tenements. In the report, AMC expressed an opinion that each of the exploration properties has sufficient technical merit to justify the company's proposed exploration and expenditure programme.

Edward Creek Base Metals Joint Venture - Phelps Dodge / RLC
(8^th March 2002)

Phelps Dodge has withdrawn from the Edward Creek Base Metal Joint Venture.
As a consequence:

the Edward Creek Base Metals Joint Venture has terminated; and

RLC regains full title and ownership in all minerals contained within the Edward Creek Project area.

RLC is selecting drill targets from the gravity anomalies defined by the detailed gravity survey completed in November last year.

Edward Creek Base Metals Joint Venture - Phelps Dodge / RLC
(9^th January 2002)

Gravity survey completed Sunday 25th November, 2001.
RLC's interpretation of results shows positive similarities with the geophysical response from the Olympic Dam Copper-Gold deposit. Data recovered from the Herakleion Prospect indicates higher density rocks isolated within a zone measuring 6 km x 3 km lying within a region of elevated basement. A zone of higher density rocks measuring 2 km in diameter has been identified at the Santorini Prospect. Optimum drill sites have been selected pending field verification.

RLC submitted a report summarizing its interpretation to the Manager (Phelps Dodge) in December 2001. Under the terms of the Joint Venture Agreement Phelps Dodge is required to increase its expenditure on the Project to $100,000 by 30/6/02 or else withdraw.

Gawler Craton Copper Discovery by Minotaur / BHP Billiton
(14^th November 2001)

The BHP Billiton / Minotaur Resources 'Prominent Hill' copper discovery further demonstrates that major mineral deposits remain to be discovered in the Gawler Craton Copper Belt.

Minotaur's share price moved from a week low of $0.155 to a week high of $2.25 in the week 12 - 17 November (market capitalization: $2.9m to $40m).

Edward Creek Base Metals Project Joint Venture Agreement with Phelps Dodge

RLC and Phelps Dodge entered into an agreement on 31 October 2001 whereby Phelps Dodge can earn a 70% interest in base metals at the Edward Creek Project.

"Field Geologists' Manual"

The AusIMM published the "edited, upgraded and enlarged" fourth edition of its 'Field Geologists' Manual' (Monograph No.9) in late 2001, compiled by Don Berkman.

Geof Fethers and Hugh Rutter (RLC directors) both contributed to the new edition. Section 9 (Geophysics) was written and revised by Hugh Rutter. Geof Fethers and Bruce Wyatt (of De Beers Australia Exploration Ltd) compiled Section 2.3.5. (Diamond Indicator Minerals) and the 'Diamonds' segment of Section 4.3. (Commercial Factors for Common Ores).

Mining 2001 Resources Convention - RLC Exhibiting & Presenting

The Mining 2001 Resources Converence is being held at the Royal Exhibition Building, Melbourne, Australia on the 7th-9th November 2001. Reedy Lagoon Corporation will have a display booth at the Conference and will be making the first presentation, at 9 am, on Day 2 (Thursday 8th) in Auditorium Two. Geof Fethers will be discussing the history of the company's South Australian diamond projects in the wider context of diamond exploration in Australia.

"Olympic Dams" - How many are there?

Olympic Dam is not unique - contrary to some reports in the popular press.

Subsequent to its discovery WMC found at least three others within 70 km of Olympic Dam. Mineralization and host rock were the same, but all were at greater depths (WMC quarterly press report no 109, 11/1/97; Western Australian, 12/2/77).

RLC's "Olympic Dam" targets are beyond the initial screening area undertaken by WMC in the seventies. But they are within the same Cu/Au structural corridor and have similar geophysical characteristics. They also have surface copper and gold mineralization suggesting the possibility of a shallower depth of burial for an "Olympic Dam" type deposit.

RLC was granted Exploration Licence 2798 on 19/02/01. The area covers 890 square kilometres and is located 150-200 km south of the Edward Creek Project.

New Exploration Licence areas.

RLC was recently granted Exploration Licences 2754, 2755 and 2757, boosting the company's tenement area in the Edwards Creek region to 4,185 square kilometres. These areas are shown on maps on (and linked to) the Edwards Creek Diamonds & Base Metals web pages.

Annual General Meeting.

At the Annual General Meeting held at 5.30 pm 22 November shareholders:

approved the change of name to REEDY LAGOON CORPORATION LIMITED

approved the adoption of a new Company Constitution which complies with the requirements
of the ASX for listed companies

elected Andrew Watson to join the board of directors as a non-executive.
