An Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) has been convened for Thursday, 22 October 2026 commencing at 10 am (AEDT). It will be held at the offices of Moore Australia, Level 44, 600 Bourke Street, Melbourne. Shareholders may attend the meeting in person or by proxy.

All proxy votes (whether online or by hardcopy proxy form) must be received by no later than 10:00am (AEDT) on Tuesday, 20 October 2026 in order to be valid.
