RLC’s Offer for shares under the prospectus dated 14 June 2002 closed at 5 pm, Friday 6 September 2002, without reaching the minimum subscription.

Directors thank all those that supported the IPO. Unfortunately, despite favourable media coverage of the Offer, insufficient applications were received by the closing date to enable the Offer to proceed.
